BiblioCommons Now Powered by Clean, Renewable Electricity
As of January 2017, BiblioCommons has partnered with Bullfrog Power to enable a green online presence for public libraries, and to support the supply of green energy. By choosing to power our BiblioCore and BiblioWeb production servers with 100% green electricity, BiblioCommons is taking a step to reduce its carbon-emission footprint, and those of its partner libraries.

Their generators will match the amount of conventional electricity used by BiblioCommons’ production servers effectively powering all current library customers with 100% clean, green and renewable energy at no extra charge.
